How do I make changes to my delivery schedule?

The default setting for all new recurring products is 45 days. However, as a member, you may choose to receive your products, every 60, 90 or even 120 days if that suits your needs best.

As a member, you are always able to change the frequency of your delivery schedule. You may choose to adjust your frequency for your next order or for all recurring orders. You delivery schedule can be changed as often as you like so you are able to plan and adjust for vacations or even seasonal changes to your product use habits.

We recommend that you adjust your delivery schedule as soon as you know that you will need to. You will always receive an email notification 5 days prior to your orders being processed to give you time to make adjustments.
