Your product bundles, including your Complete 5 Step Membership, Trio Membership or any additional recurring products can be scheduled to arrive as often as you would like them.
The default setting for all new recurring products is 45 days. However, you may choose to receive your products, every 60, 90 or even 120 days if that suits your needs best. As a member, you are always able to change the frequency of your delivery schedule.
If you would like to make an adjustment to your order frequency, please send an email to our customer care team. You may choose to adjust your frequency for your next order or for all recurring orders.
**Please remember that in order to maintain your membership benefits, you must receive a minimum of two orders within a 12 month period.
